About Me

Hi, everyone!

I’m Sarah, an information technology student with a strong interest in problem-solving and practical system troubleshooting, aiming to share my journey with readers interested in IT and tech peers.

I currently work in technical support for a website hosting provider, where I help troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of issues. Over time, my responsibilities have expanded from basic interface adjustments and page settings to more advanced tasks such as file transfers and configuration changes. Much of my knowledge has come from hands-on experience, which has given me a practical understanding of how systems function and how to diagnose problems effectively. I enjoy learning through real-world application and am interested in strengthening my technical foundation.

Through my studies in information technology, I hope to build a deeper understanding of computer systems, networking, and system management. My goal is to apply what I learn to improve my technical skills and contribute more confidently and efficiently in my professional work. I am particularly interested in developing a stronger conceptual framework that supports the practical experience I already have.

This blog documents my learning journey as I explore information technology concepts, reflect on course topics, and develop new technical skills.
